We chose this cruise over a year ago with the expectation of going to the Greek Isles and Israel. However, a week before the ship was due to leave on April 15th from Athens Greece, we were notified that our cruise has been redirected to Egypt with tours to Alexandria and Cairo to see the Pyramids due to the turmoil in Israel. I know the ships' captain was looking out for the welfare of the passengers and crew at the time.

All our travel plans had already been made with another couple as well. We were dissapointed but going to make the best of it. We signed up for all the Azamara tours each day and were very impressed how fast they had put everything together with professional guides and very interesting excursions. Everything was great to all the locations. We were very informed of all the ancient civilizations that happened in the area for over 6000 years.

Everything on the ship was perfect. Good food, good service, friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Cabin Review
