The price, number of cays and destination were reasons for choosing. The lines for food and beverages were long. Often the buffets were closed or out of options. They ran out of ice and even water at the bar on their private island. I bought a cabana that evidently I shouldn’t have even though their app let me. So, they had to find another one, which was quite the hassle. Their lagoon closed at 5 pm even though the cabana was rented until 8 pm. Therefore, we had to leave it and go to on other beach. We saw a women urinating on the back side of a working food truck even when the restroom was mere feet away. Finally, disembarking was a drag. Even though my credit card was linked to the account, the transaction evidently hadn’t actually gone through. Thus, I couldn’t get off the boat even though their system crashed for 30 mins. All they did to correct was to ask if I wanted to pay cash or credit. Credit-DUH!!! Stay away!
