On two evenings at dinner our order was taken quite quickly, but we waited more than an hour and half to receive our main course. I indicated the problem to the hotel manager, Bogdan, on the first occasion, but the situation was repeated on a further evening.

Drinks were free on board, but not free-flowing. At dinner you had repeatedly to ask for a refill. They were quite happy to fill up your water glass and leave you with an empty wine glass. Read more
