We chose this cruise because it fit in with other travel plans and we wanted to experience a Holland ship. Overall we had a relaxing time and would recommend.

Embarkation was reasonable, but there was a moderate wait for getting through customs and a holding room for getting on the ship. Overall it took about an hour and a half from entering the port to entering the ship (finished around noon).

The buffet had a nice variety of food options for lunch (we had pasta, nachos, salmon, salad, and cooked vegetables). Service was pretty fast considering crew members served food on request.

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

I loved the view throughout our trip. The room was spacious and we appreciated having the tub.

The only issue was standing water at the edge of our balcony that wouldn't drain. There seemed to be a leveling issue with the paint near the drain. This was frustrating since it made the balcony feel unclean.
