Would give negative score if was possible. We wanted to try something different, just stick with your favorite cruise line. Will never sail MSC EVER AGAIN!!! Food undercooked, never changed,had the same food for 4 days. Not what most normal people would eat. I'm really scared will end up with food poisoning. No decent dessert, had to pay for anything good. Wish I would have researched a little more. Rude, untrained staff. Big language barrier. Too crowded everywhere, slow service, internet issues. No clear instructions for anything. Heard so many complaints about the food. Warm yogurt, RAW bacon and eggs. Hamburgers were already made with ketchup, tomato, soggy lettuce and mystery meat, chicken hot dogs. We lived on bread and fruit for entire cruise. Nauseous just thinking about it. Lost mine and my daughters luggage. Wouldn't let me disembark, said account not settled but over $600 charged to my bank card, still had to pay $299 to get off the stupid boat.
