Never, Never, Never use Norwegian unless you want poor service and sub-standard food.
PS. We have cruised: NCL, Royal, Holland, Celebrity, MSC, Viking, and Princess in the past 20 years.
Checkin is horrible; 1.5 hrs on two lines. First was security, and then checkin, where we had to do the exact same things we did online. Food = substandard, with Buffet food looking good but tasting weird. Desserts = yuck.
