Dining was a challenge. Apparently it is not possible to serve warm food either at the Garden Cafe buffet or in the Main dining room. We had to send back breakfast meals 4 times out of 6 times while dining in Savor because they got the order wrong.

Disembarkation at ports was a nightmare. It took 90 minutes to get off the ship at Skagway. Someone said they underestimated the amount of shuttles needed. Didn't they know we were coming? Many new employees meant you better ask a question two or three times because you are probably going to get the wrong answer the first time. Rather than just say they don't know, they would make literally make something up. I could go on and on about other issues but will end here. We have never been more happy to get off a ship as we were on this cruise. We are Platinum, being advanced to Sapphire (if that still exists) on this cruise. However after a total of 57 cruises (not all NCL)we will not risk going through a cruise like this again. NCL has turned two people who loved cruising into ex cruisers - it was that bad.
