We wewre kept waiting in a line in hot sun for two hours to enter the boarding area. There aws only one washroom for 2000 people standing. Once we got past all the internal lines , i was exhausted and dizzy as i had low blood sugar bbeing a dibetic. On arriving at the only open restaurant on deck 16 i was told to line up again in a long long line. I asked for something to eat while i waited as io was feeling dizzy only to be told to wait for my turn in the lineup. I went to the customer service area on deck 6 and was told a sorry. No one contacted me to apologise or remedy the bad experiance.the cabin was very difficult to locate and extremely small. The bathroom toilet has feaces stains on the bowl area. We could not make a single reservation for any of the shows. They advertise three complimentarty ala carte restaurants but all ofr them have the same menu. The food was good but there are no seats available in the garden restaurant. You have to eat at off peak hours. In our entire trip we were not asked or served with any water of refreshmments. You have to do it all.
Please be forewarned. Not a good cruise ship. Their main goal is to extract money from you. Guest care is extremely none existant. Avoid at all costs. This cruise will only frustrate you and not relax you at all.
