We specifically booked this trip for the 4 days in Israel. It was my 4th booking for this (or similar) sailing; Azamara cancelled the first 2 and the 3rd was cancelled by covid. Sadly due to the current situation Azamara changed our intinerary.

1) they did a good job with the last minute plans for Egypt, I would have been extremely disappointed if this had turned into a Greek island cruise

2) the ship was clean, food was good, service was very good

Club Veranda Stateroom

We had a veranda plus, they are small but fine for the 2 of us. We were fine with the shower which many complain about. Plus gets you 1 night at a specialty restaurant, 1 bag of laundry done, 1 bottle of liquor in your room. We didn't book Plus for our next cruise (self serve laundry is great, we didn't drink the liquor and were disappointed in Aqualina).
