We chose this cruise to see the Kimberley region and as an added bonus the Solar Eclipse was taking place. This definitely not a cruise like any other it is truly an expedition and such a great learning experience from the moment you open your eyes to the time you close them again at the end of the day. We saw many sunrises and sunsets, geology only seen in the Kimberley area, rode the horizontal waterfall, flew over the Mitchell River and viewed the waterfalls in a helicopter, saw up close the amazing Montgomery Reef, sailed through Whirlpool passage, saw crocodiles, turtles, fish, birds and fleeting visits of other wildlife too. We had 2 Xplorer boats and 6 zodiacs to get you into the best spots for fabulous photo opportunities. We walked on the squeaky sands of Silica beach while sipping on champagne and watching the sun set. We saw the ancient artwork of the indigenous inhabitants of many islands and received more information onboard by listening to lecturers and watching film clips.

The food was amazing, the staff and crew were always friendly and helpful and the guest lecturers were a pleasure to listen.

It is well worth every $ and I highly recommend it to all.
