I have been on several cruises and this ship was the worst. I have cruised Norwegian and Royal Carribean and the food , entertainment was superior to the buffet food on the Elation. I took my daughter to her first cruise and I was embarrassed because of the lack of food variety at the buffet. (Choices were the same for the five days)/ I am scheduled to bring my granddaughter on her first cruise in September on the Elation, but I won't put her through this. We will cancel and cruise with another cruise line. I have spent much of my time discussing how wonderful it is to cruise. Carnaval is the worst.

Our cabin staff Wyndan was great. He responded to our needs and request. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only good food was in the dining room. One of the main elevators was not working causing delays and problems for those of us who have difficulty with walking.
