We have been on the Queen Victoria twice before and the staff, cleanliness, cabins etc were all great. This cruise was a different story!
Staff were indifferent, stressed, overworked which impacted greatly on the whole experience. The excursion desk man was very rude and eventually we walked away telling him I was sorry to have bothered him!
Cabins are shabby now especially the balcony and glass…. All very dirty!
