This was one of a kind experience to take River cruise. it was excellent journey. The admin staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. We also got special food (ethnic food). The overall staff was friendly, cooperative, and helpful. Cruise optional tours were great. Also for the seniors special transportation was provided. We had enough time for site seeing and shopping.

Only problem we occurred in our airline booking. We missed our connecting flight to Basel, Switzerland. To get to another flight was a nightmare. We were on the phone for almost two hours to get rescheduled. Our both itineraries had different confirmation numbers and we had to talk independently. Also we missed our luggage. We were without luggage for almost four days. It was very inconvenient for both of us on the cruise.

After Disembark in Amsterdam Taxi quote was one and we paid double the amount.
