Just returned home April 22 2023 I have been cruising with carnival for at least 20 years have gone on many many cruise all with groups of peoples. This last one was a horrible experience no rest noise everywhere young adults were out of control partying in their cabins racing down the hall, fighting,cursing, arguing it was horrible. Excursion were a waste of money Fun Shop was disappointing had to return 2 items( quality) that I had purchased the were damaged. Purchased 4 bottles of Crown Royal Apple. Got home in the box was Regular Crown Royal what a disappointment tried to call someone was told I had to send email which I was informed that it would take 45 days to get a respond tried to go another route through carnival post cruise page when I got to the last page it froze so that never was sent. Food was not good. Long lines at Guest Service one night there was only one person at guest service people frustrated in lines. Food lines long we prefer the older ships because they’re smaller but this cruise you would have thought we were on one of Carnivals larger newer ships. Now this was my experience Horrible an do the fact that I have so many Carnival cruises to compare to this was our last.
