I have never been treated more poorly by individuals who were supposed to be providing me with a service. The security on the ship is absolutely abysmal. There is zero care or concern for the safety and well-being of guests, there is flagrant misuse of authority and absolutely unbecoming conduct by several higher ranking crew members.

The food was low quality and cold. Much of the ship was dingy and felt old. The onboard entertainment was lacking. All of this paled in comparison, though, to finding drugs in our safe! Not only that, WE were harassed by ship security from then on, when all we had done was bring the issue straight to RC to resolve. Follow up with customer service left a lot to be desired-
