What a disappointment: we bought this cruise because it was tagged non-smoking.... Ashtrays are everywhere on decks... Sky Bar? smoking! Casino? Smoking! Disco the Crypt? Smoking! Stateroms Balconies? Smoking! Every door with a windjammer? Smoking! Everywhere you go you get it: it's the «Free-puff of the seas» ship... What about the teen program? Well, they get a place of their own for «vegging» and that's about it! Party & dancing? No disco or party before around midnight for teens. Many where bored & so was our 16 years son. Specialty restaurants? We tried both, not worth the extra money: our orders were done by people who don't know how to cut & cook meat. The guest relations employees where lost in translation most of the time... Not able to give accurate information to customers & stunning because we were first time cruisers not knowing everything about the ship and the cruise... For example, you are supposed to know that tickets for the thursday ice show are given away on monday... We bought the stingray city adventure with RC and were left behind for quite a while on our way back because of bad planning for transportation! At the dining room, our waiter was making fun about my wife being allergic to shellfish and being leftover with fewer dining choices. Also, He poured OUR wine in other tables guests glasses! A half bottle of saved red wine for the day after was never found. If you have chosen the «prepaid gratuities» option, you're stuck with it and cannot change anything even if the service was very bad at some places(for instance at dining room). Also, at the only non-smoking place with live music at night, the singer was doing again & again the exact same show every night. At least, the stateroom a junior suite with balcony, was fine and Orlando our stewart saved the cruise. Overall we recognize that there was some good & some bad. However, we think that this cruise is a series of «quick fixes» with a lot of waiting in between. No enthousiasm from any of the employees but our stewart. It certainly didn't worth the high price we've paid! We really think that the low quality level of service, food & entertainment could be related to the relocation of the best on the new gigantic RC flagship! For sure, we will not be back with them for a loooooong time! The first stop was at Labadee Haiti. Nice beach but poor bathing because of coral floor and no information from RC to bring beach shoes...

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Nice roomy cabin with nice walkin closet. Balcony essential but the neighbours were smoking there all the time. For a non-smoking tagged ship & cruise it was very disappointing. Also, any late night party at the pool on deck 11 means that you will not be able to sleep until the end of the party!
