We are in a suite 12***. It’s beautiful. Food is good. Most a staff ok. Some just can’t b bothered. But DO NOT go to casino. The are crooks. I won and she didn’t pay out told me I had been paid. The boss came over said he looked at cctv which I wasn’t allowed to c. He said I had been paid. Everyone in table told them I hadn’t. There are in it together just to rob customers. When to complain. They were the same. So will never go on P and O again. Ur thieves. Are butler is fantastic and the cleaning lady was brilliant. Both been tipped very well. Some staff just don’t want to do their jobs. Ship is cleanish but not perfect. The weather hasn’t helped. Not a lot to do in Norway. It’s pool holidays for us from now on. The drinks package is a nightmare to navigate.
