I have not paid for wi-fi in any hotel for about 25 years, so TUI charging for it is "Dark Ages" behaviour. Their own staff said even if you bought it, it was rubbish. I don't expect to use wi-fi in the middle of an ocean, but I do expect it in port for contact with kids, banking (money exchange) etc. Talking about banking why is there not an ATM on ship or the ability to purchase currency using a debit card to save the need to hunt out an ATM at every port.

We paid for the Premium Drinks package but STILL got charged for bottles of water we took from a table set up on the deck we deboarded from. Also, why is there a subsidy to eat in two of the 7 restaurants? Obviously Premium ALL-INCLUSIVE has a different meaning in Marella world than mine.

Having taken my children to Butlins when they were young, I feel qualified to state that the pool deck was just like a Butlins only at sea, thank heavens for the Veranda and the Glasshouse after 14:00 providing us with respite from the somewhat inane "entertainment" at the pool deck.

Cabin Review

We found, on the same deck, a cabin twice the size of ours at the same price. Ours was adequate, but a bit cramped.
