This was my third time ever cruising (Twice on Scarlet Lady which was FANTASTIC) and I have to admit the Valiant Lady was a HUGE LET DOWN. I was anticipating the Valiant Lady to bring the same energy as the Scarlet Lady and it fell short. It wasn't even close. It almost felt as since this was the last US cruise before sailing back to Barcelona & making sure they take care everything for Jennifer Lopez that there was no need to worry about the passengers. On the Scarlet Lady it feels like there's hundreds of people looking to help. Where as on Valiant Lady there were two people assisting hundreds of sailors who were experiencing issues with their app. Booking shows was disasterous at best. OMG dinner reservations? Don't get me started! Took a lifetime. The welcoming crew was lackluster at best. I should of took that as a sign of things to come.

Pros- The hard working crew is always pleasant. From The Galley to the cabin crew they were wonderful. Food was outstanding. I had the opportunity to try the Test Kitchen for the first time and it was definitely an experience. Lisa from Poland was our hostess/waitress and she was A-B-S-O-L-U-T-E-L-Y WONDERFUL! Virgin Cruise Line is probably the cleanest cruise line ever. Nothing is ever out of place. Having a balcony with a very comfortable hammock doesn't hurt either.

Cons- Lack of entertainment. The Lee Boys w/ Dirty Byrd were great. But booking them for 3 sets on the same day back to back to back was not the wisest decision. It became redundant quick. Misbehaving was confusing at best. I couldn't really get into it. We ended up walking out before it was over like many other. To say Scarlet Lady provided better entertainment is an understatement. The shops were closed. I was so excited to purchase the sexy and sleek Valiant Lady tank top that when I found out the stores closed and wouldn't reopen for the remainder of the cruise, I was super disappointed. Ice cream shop needs to stay open later. Closes way to early for the demand. They need to expand their room service options on both Valiant Lady and Scarlet Lady. Social Club should have finger foods for the late night crowd and the wifi is not the greatest. Oh yea..MORE CHANNELS PLEASE and a sports bar would be a wonderful addition. This is AMERICA.
