We are Elite members having sailed with Princess many, many times. The layout of the new ship was familiar. The staff attentive. Our suite in the Penthouse category was comfortable enough but could have been much larger in the balcony space. The 2 attendants were wonderful: never missed a beat. The concierge in the Suite Concierge Lounge was also extremely helpful. What was most disappointing was food quality has really gone downhill. We dined in all the specialty restaurants: all disappointing. Presentation was good, but the food was either too salty or lacking in taste. We dined a couple of times in the general dining: in the designated area for suite guests. It was OK but did not impress. The salmon was dry and inedible. The chicken was as hard as rock. The prime rib was fine. The staff was great everywhere. They really tried their best to please. What always kept us going back to Princess was the music: always good and dancing was enjoyable.

Cabin Review

Comfortable. Great service. Could have been much larger. Balcony was extremely small.
