We have cruised many times and this time we again chose the Celebrity Solstice for its convenient port at San Pedro, CA and itinerary to the Mexican Riviera. We love the Solstice because it combines a comfortable, mid size ship with very good ports to visit, food in many varied venues and talented entertainment as well as an outstanding crew. We enjoyed the Aqua Class on this cruise with the Spa amenities and the e of the exclusive use of the Blu Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We look forward to future cruises on the Solstice especially after it under goes some refurbishment before its 2024 sailings. There are limited downsides which include very few quiet public spaces for relaxed reading and resting but these limited downsides are offset by beautiful views forward from the observation lounge. Finally, thank you Celebrity for making the embarkation and debarkation the easiest ever.
Very comfortable with a decent size veranda. While it was an Aqua Class cabin it really is no different than the standard veranda cabins in size.
We have been to Cabo many times and chose to simply walk around for the day. The tendering process was quick and easy.
We have been here many times and chose to walk to old town on the blue line. We did tour the Peralto Theater for the first time and later hired a cab to give us a short tour back to the ship,
This is our favorite stop in Mexico. The downtown and malecon area are worth visiting to enjoy the view, shops and food.
