We were booked through a travel agent. Worse cruise line ever! Unorganized, we wasted more time in lines than enjoying a cruise. Everyone we spoke to said they would NEVER sail on with this cruise line. Service, crew’s attitude unacceptable!

We waited 3 hours to check in, we did express check out ended up waiting 2 hours to check out. We were in line and then they let late people jump the line. We waited everywhere for drinks. We made sure our balance was taken care of the night before getting off ship, we were told our bill was settled. We couldn’t get off the ship because they said they didn’t have a credit card on file. How is that? Every cruise line your balance goes on the credit card on file. Not worth $ no matter how much you save. Crew needs to be trained better. Cruise line needs to look into being more organized.
