The Sky Princess is a modern ship, with good facilities, food was good, room were lovely, but the design doesn’t make sense, when compared to similar size Royal Caribbean ships, so many levels, with several entertainment venues in one area resulting in crowds of people.

With regards to the actual trip, Princess told us the week before that the Rotterdam marathon was on the day we docked, making it pointless visiting as the city was effectively locked down. The ship was also going into dry dock immediately after the end of our cruise, and the ship felt under staffed, apparently confirmed by multiple staff who said a significant number of staff were let off before our cruise started.

The bar service was woeful, many staff seemed miserable, management would leave areas that were clearly under pressure.
