I was presented with a free cruise but let me tell you, I wouldn't come back if they paid me. The least accommodating ship is putting it nicely. At every turn I was stalked and questioned and treated like a child. There was an argument every time I wanted to change my dinner time. Bar service is extremely slow except by the pool. The one saving grace is the casino management and their professional dealers. The boat is also old and you can see parts that are rusting. The shower is definitely the smallest I've seen on any cruise. I weigh 150 and I cant even turn around without knocking stuff over. They make your whole room get a drink pass. I don't even drink. Some crew members refused to serve me more than 2 water bottles while others accommodated that request. They told me I need to go back to my table and order again once I sit down. "I was like I'm not doing that, give me a water and he just straight ignored me. Lastly, the food is awful. Whoever makes their soups needs to be fired. Just save your money and don't board MSC Divina.
Room is small and old looking. Looks really outdated and in need of renovation. Shower is meant for little people and I'm only 5' 6" 150 lbs.
