I was very unhappy with this cruise ship the moment I stepped on the ship. The ship is outdated. The carpet is very old and the towels and sheets are stained. When I notify the gentlemen that was taking care of my cabin, he stated that they was having trouble with their washing machine, On the first day I order the same cocktail 3 times. Each time I order the cocktail, I was charged a different prices each time. Then, I was offer to purchase a drink package which was $298. That was extremely to much when you don't partake in drinking that much alcohol. The food wasn't that good until the last night and on that night it was okay. Finally, as we were preparing to leave the ship my brand new bookbag was damaged by one of their employee, I was told that I wouldn't be able to get the full price of my Tote&Carry bookbag because I purchasesd my bookbag 6 months prior to my trip. My Tote&Carry bookbag was brand new and that was my first time using it, The manager on the ship herself said I see that it is brand new and she took picture of it. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
