We choose an european cruise for Mediterranean, we expected great food and good service, but was totally different. Always a delay in dining roomn, maitres didnt answer our concerns, the food was bad, really bad, no taste or flavor, all 5 days the same food in breakfast, lunch and dinner. the worst was the service, always slow, waitress always angry no smiling, very unfriendly, they have a lack of staffing, they have more people selling their products than attending passengers.

the ports of call were nice, Marseille, Savona and Venice were a great cities to visit, the embarkation and disimbarkation was smooth and with professionalism.

The worst part is the customer service on board, at bars and restaurants, always a long line, bar attendants didnt told the passengers to do a line, so there where always people skipping the line. Read more
