We had heard awesome things about Disney Cruise so I booked it last week. We sailed from San Diego to Cabo and back. I've been on many cruises in the past so this was not my first rodeo. It took a very long time to go inside the ship. Lots of waiting around as they wanted us to get in groups vs walking into the ship. The ship itself because it's small, rocked alot. We couldn't sleep first night. Rooms were clean and entertainment was amazing. Note, the characters don't walk around. They only come around certain times. The entertainment was impeccable. Food was also awesome; can't complain. The staff were super sweet and hard working but if you don't tip them in addition to the tips they already bill you for, except an attitude on the last day. Our server didn't want to serve us breakfast on the last day. We were supposed to be in San Diego at 8:45 but they made an announcement that they are running behind. We didn't get to the port till 10:20. It became SUPER chaotic that we didn't get out for 2 hours. Lines were formed and people would cut out of nowhere. the air quality inside the ship was very poor so it became intolerable. Disney was NOT prepared for the late arrival. Not a single soul was organizing the chaos. We didn't leave the port till almost 2:00! I have been on many cruises and I have never seen such a madeness. Please thing twice!
Cabin was nice. A little small if you ask me for what you're paying. We had upgraded our room with a balcony and it was still extremely small. A little bit on the older side. They do need to remodel.
