Cabin:

We enjoyed our Western Caribbean cruise on Celebrity Apex but would probably choose a ship / line with a more classic cruise experience next time.

The ship was nearly new and every area sparkled. The ship is designed so that there are very few crowded areas and oozes modern, chic design.

Apex, like other Edge class ships, has 4 main dining rooms. Of course, each has the same basic menu, and a short list of items that are specific to each restaurant theme (Middle Eastern, French, Italian, and Cosmopolitan). The service was excellent in each. Few of the menu items stood out but the food quality was very good.

Cabin Review

Our Prime Ocean View cabin (31**) was spacious and well organized and our room steward, Edy, provided absolutely excellent service.

Although the Grand Plaza was nearby and one of the shops was directly above us, the location was very quiet and we noticed no external noise at all.
