We were excited to see this cruise priced extremely low. We ended up paying in TOTAL $580 for 2 people for the cruise, gratuities included. We are from the US and flew out to Hamburg to depart. Boarding the ship was fairly quick and easy.

The ports:

We had to exit the ship about 1 1/2 hours later than anticipated in Rotterdam which did stress us out as we had the shortest time allotment at that port and we wanted to go to Amsterdam. The staff alluded to the idea that we may go to the Amsterdam port in addition to Rotterdam due to strikes in France, but didn’t confirm til almost the last min. Luckily we were able to find our way out there via Uber and a train. Do all your own research because MSC only provides info on their excursions and not on how to get into the main cities near the ports via public transit options, which is understandable but man their excursions are overpriced. Amsterdam was enjoyable and Rotterdam is actually quite nice too.

Cabin Review

Small interior cabin but it was comfortable and clean and we slept well.
