Traveled with children

We traveled as a family of 3 with a teenager. The ship was beautiful and that was all that was positive about the ship. The layout and amenities and activities were severely lacking. There was only one small main pool that had 0 activities or entertainment, two hot tubs and two small infinity pools for a ship that holds over 3000 people. There were no planned activities for teenagers, you had to book the splash academy days in advance for younger kids. All of the activities on the ship needed to be pre-booked and cost $$. If it was free many things were broken - or missing equipment. I could go on and on. The consensus on the ship was the same. Even the housekeeping was lacking. We had to ask for our garbage to be emptied! If you weren’t a haven guest you basically didn’t matter. Trust me! Don’t waste your money.
