Wanted to do South America in comfort.. this was our 3rd cruise with Oceana Most of the staff were wonderful, some of the staff when just mechanical in responses some were totally arrogant, dismissive and could not care less - not just us but others also. Internet access and speed (lack of - worse than the old dial-up) - allowing just one log-in per cabin - when two people are in the cabin is totally unacceptable. On top of that downloading a paper to read every day could take hours. Entertainment was sub-par, scraping the bottom - not like previous cruises. No Wipes in the Gym was a concern - particularly around COVID The food was good and lived up to Oceania's standards. Embarking & disembarking process was totally disorganised & a nightmare. Particularly the disembarkation process - no one knew what was going on, there was zero communication between us, the office and the gangway attendees. We have been with other Cruise lines -& we will give Oceana a miss
