This was our first Viking cruise and first river cruise. From booking to our send off, everything was amazing. The Viking staff could not have done more. They live their values and maintained the highest standards. They accommodated my allergies and ensured accessibility for all passengers. Even when the weather turned nasty, they made adjustments. Every port was convenient. Their guidance was spot on. Their hotel concierges on each extension were knowledgeable and helpful. Their systems for embarkation and disembarkation were well conceived and carried out flawlessly. While there was no gym and it was too cold to walk the track, we got plenty of exercise walking each city.

Finally, an excursion was included at every stop and they were well worth it for seeing the city as a whole and helping to decide where we wanted to spend time. We went on other excursions like the Folklore Dinner in Prague, Hungarian Icons, the Jewish ghettos in Budapest and Prague, Czech Resistance tour, and Czesky Kremlov. All the guides were knolwegeable about the history and traditions, spoke English fluently, and had a great sense of humor. I can't find one negative thing to say. Viking was extraordinary.
