We have travelled on 16 cruises all around the world on 7 different cruise lines; this was the most disappointing we have ever had for many reasons... Here are our main gripes:-

The sundecks 15 & 16 are abysmal, the whole area covered in loungers lined up tight side by side with no side entry and roped in position unable to turn towards the sun and near impossible to get on ! On our cruise with 5680 passengers aboard only 10% of these were ever occupied, there are far too many! For passenger comfort loungers should have a small table between each pair to stand drinks & personal items, sunglasses etc. This would also allow passengers to actually get on the lounger. There were not even small tables on the decks to enable this and for this reason I refused to purchase drinks. Are passengers supposed to stand a drink on their belly, this probably what made the bars very quiet?

These decks & bars had ZERO tables & chairs to sit, drink, eat and socialise in comfort… Only barstools at the bars! There were no outside eating areas, not even an outside area of the Windjammer. These things are unacceptable for a premium cruise line.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

One of the only things we liked... The cabin was beautiful
