I am appalled by the amount of negative reviews. We took 6 days California coast cruise and have nothing even slightly bad to say, maybe it’s because we don’t feel entitled. Let me break this down

1. Service - every crew member, and I mean every single one, greets you with smile. People who work their butts off 12 hours shifts for 6-9 months still keep a smile on their faces. Room gets cleaned spotless every time you step out (we started to use do not disturb option just to give our steward a break. What I great guy he is. Cheers Ricky).

2. Food - just great, hands down no matter if you go to special dining or buffet. The latter caused all of us gaining few pounds. On top of that, we had a family member with celiac, and she was treated like a queen, I’m not joking, even restaurant managers and director took care of here every day, and she felt special.
