The Azura staff from stateroom to bar staff are amazing We were served quickly wherever we went on ship and all staff were helpful and courteous. We could always find a seat in bars an theatre too.

The food for most part was delicious and being gluten free I found waiters in restaurants really helpful. Gluten free options were always marked on the menu and each night the head waiter would bring next days lunch and dinner menu for me to choose from, anything I requested would be altered to gluten free in their gluten free kitchen and was always delicious. The service was amazing and reliable.

We had an amazing holiday but unfortunately caught covid testing positive on the day we left. As we had never left the ship we knew we had caught it during our seven days on board I've given this cruise a 4* simply because of catching covid which was obviously on board and we were never informed As we are extremely vulnerable we would have taken even more precautions had we been aware. Unfortunately after informing P.&O on our return I never received a reply which is very poor customer after service.
