We got a late deal at a good price - booked an Inside Guarantee. We were pleased to have a complimentary cabin upgrade. We enjoyed the cruise and benefited from fine weather throughout. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding condition of the ship despite having no major refit for 7 years.

Embarkation and disembarkation was smooth. We appreciated being able to upload the key personal data and digital photograph for the boarding passes in advance.

The staff were excellent, as before, but the lack of visibility of officers doing informal walk-abouts was quite different from the last time we sailed with Azamara - we never saw the Captain. We were happy generally with the service everywhere except The Patio, which was very bad on both occasions we went. Housekeeping was exceptional throughout. Read more
