I writing a review because we never received a response from the letter to the CEO of NCL.

We have travelled many times on NCL, (gold level), and have loved each and every one. On past cruises, we sailed on smaller ships such as the DAWN and the GEM et al. Our impression of the ESCAPE is that it’s exactly the same as the smaller ships except it was much longer and floors were added for more passengers. The date of our cruise was February 11-18. After many great cruises, we were more than disappointed with this one.

* For instance, there was no increase in the size of the pool, and lounge chairs were so close to one another that that one could only get onto to them by crawling on from the front. Read more
