Traveled with children

We choose this cruise for the itinerary and because our previous experiences on Norwegian had been good. Previously we had booked balcony cabins but since we brought our kids and grandkids we booked 2 ocean view cabins. I expected a tight cabin but I didn't expect such poor room service. The room was only serviced once a day, usually after lunch. We got fresh towels and the beds were straightened, trash emptied, bare necessities. Grandson's pull out bed was left out. We had to return it to couch if we wanted more room.

Service in the dining halls has been hit and miss. We've had great service and terrible service. Food is average at best. Some things are good, most are fair.

Drinks are crazy expensive. A bottle of beer (Bud Light) is $10 once they add the 20% gratuity. Mixed drinks up from there.

Cabin Review

Cabin was adequate but service was sub-par.
