Context: We were a group of 5 friends, no kids, in our early 20s and 30s - review will not be relevant for someone with kids or someone who is older or isn't into trying various cruise activities.

So there are several reasons why this is a good cruise for somebody who is new to cruising, and it can be an OK cruise for somebody who has cruised before.

First, the four day cruising experience is manageable for someone who is new to cruising.

Port Reviews

Catalina Island (California)

1 hour golf cart tour was fun. It's annoying to have to take water taxis from the cruise to get to the island

Ensenada

I did not like Ensenada. It's very Americanized, expensive, and over-hyped, and the blowhole is blown out of proportion, food is meh- I would rather stay on the ship
