Despite a couple hiccups upon check in, we were very pleased with our overall experience. We specifically booked this cruise for our belated honeymoon/vow renewal as we had a “Covid” wedding in March of 2020. Norwegian did a beautiful job with our private ceremony renewing our vows, photos, cake and champagne, dinner arrangements.

We were also very impressed with how well organized embarking and disembarking procedures went in Tampa and the ease of getting off and on the ship in all the ports of call. Also found the Norwegian Dawn staff to be very courteous and polite, very accommodating in all areas of the ship. A “thank you”, “good morning/evening”, a smile goes such a long way with customer perception and customer retention.
