Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony
I took cruises back to back from Buenos Aires to Rio and from Rio to Barcelona on the NCL Star. I am Sapphire and have taken 17 cruises already with NCL. These cruises were definitively the worst I have taken with NVL so far. Why?
1 Cabin cleaning was restricted to once a day, but the tips were increased to 20 USD per day.
2 Food Quality is coming down every cruise. NewYork stake is not longer available at main dining room; The menus are boring -there is not creativity, there are no diner theme nights as in the pasts

Cabin is Ok. My complaint is that now they do not clean twice a day as in the past. The reason is ecologic, but They did not reduced the tips. rif¿ght?
