I loved the rhythm of sea days accompanied by fewer, well-selected ports.

The Cruise Director invited solos to a happy hour-type gathering on the first full day of the cruise and we decided to meet up every subsequent day—same time same place. It enhanced our experience to connect with that diverse group and to have companions for meals and excursions. It was a great cruise and I returned home and back to work with a renewed spirit and increased energy.

The Viking Sea—like other Viking ocean vessels—was well-maintained and provided numerous options for relaxation, education, entertainment, fitness, delicious cuisine and well-stocked bars. The staff members-to a person - were friendly and hard-working. I would take this same cruise again gladly but I would try the reverse direction to change it up slightly to minimize time zone changes and maximize relaxation in the way home. Highly recommend West Indies to Barcelona on Viking to other travelers.
