My wife and I had been on four river cruises, so we thought we’d try an ocean cruise. We were not disappointed! Every aspect of the Viking Sky was superb. From the food, which was excellent , to the service, which was pleasant and efficient. We’ve already booked another cruise down the Nile for 2025. My task, if I choose to accept it, is to book another river cruise for 2024.

Hint: the gelato bar is to die for. The ship itself is very impressive. It initially looked like the Titanic, but it soon became home sweet home. When compared with other ocean vessels, one can immediately see the benefit in going with Viking. The quality of our guides was very good.
