we chose this cruise at last minute - the ship itself was clean and well run however the meals at the buffet wasnt hot and not a lot of choice. the restaurant meals were ok but nothing exciting as the menu was a bit much the same most nights.

we booked an outside cabin with restricted view OMG we couldn't see outside the window at all, not even the sky as a life boat was hard up against the window - we should have just saved our money and got an inside cabin. to be fair when complaining they moved us to another outside cabin which was fine - adi who cleaned our room was brilliant and couldn't fault his work

we booked a couple of excursions with the ship but to be honest it wasn't worth the money. the safari trip on sir banyas island was ok but nothing to write home about. we also booked 1 hour horse riding on the island for £90 each. this turned out to be 10 mins drive to the stable, 10 mins back, 15 mins getting horse-riding gear on and waiting on horses which resulted in 25 mins on the horse!! when i complained to the excursion manager he said it was COMMON SENSE that the 1 hour was from leaving to returning - surely £90 for 1 hour horse riding you expect 1 hour???? after a lot of arguing saying that on their brochure it didn't say including transfers etc. the manager offered me £23 off the price which i reluctantly accepted as I felt I wasn't getting anywhere with him.
