This three week cruise was the trip of a lifetime. ALL of the crew that you came in contact were outstanding in their there servicing your requests. Even on the Lido Deck where on most ships it's a bit of a battle to get drinks etc. Not on this ship. They actually have enough crew up there to bring you anything you want. The formal service dining people are special people. This ship has trained their people well. My only complaint is that the wifi never worked on the cruise. Also, the precruise information that you must input is difficult to do. The app just doesn't seem to always work. The website is horrible. I needed to reregister every time I wanted to log in to complete a task that I couldn't seem to do on the app. The precruise data input is stressful. On a happier note, the actual embarkation went very smoothly. We arrived at the pier about 10:45am. We went quickly through all the checkin and straight to our rooms. Disembarkation was extremely smooth as well.
