Overall the crew were excellent, we chose the all included option which was a good choice. Crew friendly, cabin steward was ok, but some days we didn't get the daily itinerary and there were no complimentary shopping bags or room service menu to fill in if we did want it. Only been on two cruises, previous with Carnival with our family including children. Just as a couple on this one. Food was really good, with attentive staff in both the Ocean View Cafe and Grand Culver restaurant. Went to the Tuscan Grill with another couple we met on board, food really nice, and well presented, also the staff service was excellent. One of our group didn't like the starter, and she was offered an alternative, no fuss. Personally I didn't think it was worth the 66 dollar cost, but that's just me. The only criticism I have is that it was really cold in the Tuscan Grill, only had on a short sleeve shirt and thin trousers, so felt really chilly all night. Would definitely sail with them again, overall an excellent cruise.
