Apparently NCL forgot to keep up with the CDC guidelines to protect the health of their travelers.

This was our first and last cruise with NCL, it was a dissaster from start to finish, very over crowded at the expense of the travelers.

We disenbarked from Miami and was not impressed with the pre onboard registration process, it was over crowded and busy for 4,000 travelers. When we arrived to our cabin, we noticed room was dirty and ordered our own pillows and sheets at a purchase price not covered by NCL. We had a 7 day trip ahead of us with resulted in NCL changing the itinerary without notifying the travelers and changing port destinations without our knowledge, resulting in poor less than optimal expensive excursions.Travelers must be aware also that NCL will charge extra for anything not covered under your purchase package, so be prepared to secure a credit card for all extra hidden charges.
