This was our 3rd cruise on RCCL and will probably be our last. We’ve cruised with all the major cruise lines and we were on the NCL Encore just 6 months ago so we have a pretty good recent basis for comparison post Covid.

First for the good. Loved the various neighborhoods on the Allure. This was our first time on an Oasis class ship and loved exploring the ship during the week. We booked an ocean balcony on deck 8 near Central Park although as others have mentioned, most of the trees and plants were dead due to a freeze in Galveston over Christmas. I don’t blame RCCL for this as I could see they were doing their best to replace the plants.

The solarium and bars were all excellent. We spent most of our time there and take full advantage of our beverage package. I also enjoyed the fresh squeezed juice bar at Vitality Cafe as it is included in the beverage package.

Roatan

Our 3rd time in Roatan. Booked with Ronys Tours and had an amazing time horseback riding in the ocean, visiting the sloth and monkey park and then lunch and beach time at west bay. What an amazing island.
