Crew A+ Waitstaff and housekeeping steward…. Food mediocre, chops grill steak inferior filet mignon cut and sides came out cold. Windjammer worst buffet experience, food and presentation, main dining room waitstaff great….food menu disappointing and mediocre. Solarium great at night, chaotic for breakfast and food selection much like a school cafeteria. Future cruise department was a disappointment as there was an issue that could have been resolved but felt discounted. Overall post Covid Royal experience below average and leaves room for much improvement.

I’d give the whole experience a very average rating. Will sailing next month and see if things have changed on another Royal transatlantic.

This basically is a management decision that has lowered the quality of the Royal Caribbean experience. I’m sure they feel the expediency of abbreviating the service and limiting the menu selection is a bonus.
