The only way to see Antarctica is by boat and we chose this cruise because it was all-inclusive. It was our first cruise and we didn't want the stress of tipping etc. There were other stresses such as booking restaurants at the beginning which could have caught out us rookies - but the person who did our check-in tipped me the wink. All the staff were amazing. And the Discovery Team was exceptional. The organisation of Zodiac trips, paddle boarding, kayaking, helicopter rides etc. was seamless. Food was excellent. The gym has enough equipment for a decent workout if you pick the right time of day (pre-breakfast worked for me). And the yoga/pilates studio is beautiful and peaceful. It was a shame that there weren't regular yoga and pilates classes. But otherwise it was an extraordinary experience. We loved being able to go up to the bridge any time. And it was easy to find quiet places away from everybody if you wanted some solitude. The cabins were well-designed with plenty of space for toiletries in the bathroom and clothes in the walk-in closet.

Cabin Review

Good size, lots of space for all our stuff. Really comfortable bed with great bedlinen.
